Pawleys Island Fishing Charters

The small beach-side community of Pawleys Island is located about 15 miles south of Myrtle Beach. Pawleys Island Fishing Charters are limited to Pawleys Creek and the surrounding beaches. Surf Fishing in Pawleys Island can be excellent in the Fall for species like red drum, black drum, trout, flounder, and bluefish. Pawleys creek can be accessed from boat ramps located on the north end of Pawleys Island, and the south end of Pawleys Island. Trolling or drifting for flounder is the primary technique used to target flounder in the shallow creek. The most productive time to fish Pawleys Creek is in the Spring, Summer, and Fall months. Other species that can be caught in Pawleys Creek include red drum, trout, and black drum.

The majority of our fishing charters depart from Georgetown however we also offer family fishing charters in Pawleys Creek. These fishing trips are designed to give the kids a hand on experience. We will target flounder, trout, red drum, and let the kids go crabbing. Orientation fishing charters are more instructional focused to get you comfortable with navigating the area. Learn the most productive fishing techniques for Pawleys Island.
We have two boats to choose from, the 21ft Sportsman and the 16ft Action Craft are perfect for navigating the shallow waters of Pawleys Creek as well as the ocean when conditions allow. Pick up can be arranged from multiple boat ramps located on Pawleys Island.
